Saw this on an Instagram account and it took my breath away. I don't know what it means to the person who posted it, but art is subjective, and when I saw this image I felt like my soul was suddenly opened and exposed. I feel like this when I am writing. Battered and bruised. And I know Josh Sawyer feels like this in my books. So does Jessie, sometimes. Are those trees? Do they mean new life? Are they referencing hope?
I'd love your interpretation. 'Nuff said.

Hanging out on stage in the shelter of the Ghost Light after a performance of Lights, Camera, Island at the Harbourfront Theatre in Summerside, Prince Edward Island (March, 2016). Can you see the relief in my eyes? I remembered my lines AND my blocking. Ha ha! Community theatre is a blast!
Screen shot from Hell On Wheels, which would have made a great Drifters television show!
They look so purty all lined up :)

Me & my best buddy. I miss this camera! PS Charlie Bewley starred in the film we shot that day...you'd know him from the Twilight movies. Maybe one of these days we can film the Drifters series...
Having a Jessie moment...
My favorite beach - Twin Shores in Darnley, P.E.I. Took this pic for the book I wrote in the summer of 2016, tentatively called Castles In The Sand

"Every Prince Edward Island sunset will have your name on it."
Sometimes my guy, Stevie, reminds me of Matt. Sometimes he reminds me of Josh - Steve was once a rodeo cowboy, actually - he is magical with horses. Animals love him. And he plays guitar like Jacob.
I've got the best of all three of my Drifters guys :)
